As a Technical Architect, Cloud Services, you will be part of our core consulting team that helps our customers solve problems, tackle projects, and embrace any challenge. You will work with a diverse and specialized team of data experts, engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and deliver cloud solutions, using platforms such as Microsoft Azure (specialization), AWS and GCP. You will also stay updated on technology and ecosystem trends, especially those related to cloud infrastructure, distributed architecture and compute services. What You'll Do: * Plan and design the architecture of cloud solutions for our customers using leading platforms such as; Azure, AWS, and GCP * Communicate system requirements and specifications to software development and engineering teams, as well as key stakeholders * Evaluate and select appropriate software solutions and define integration and testing methods * Oversee the development and implementation of cloud solutions and ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations * Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development and engineering teams and cloud experts * Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues when they arise * Monitor and optimize the performance and security of cloud solutions * All other job duties as assigned What You'll Need to Succeed: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * Proven experience as a Technical Architect or a similar role in cloud services field * Hands-on experience with software development and system administration * Expertise in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP or equivalent cloud technologies * Understanding of FinOps concepts and hands-on experience with a variety of FinOps tooling (cloud-native or third-party) * Deep understanding of core cloud concepts and technologies, e.g. compute, network, storage, distributed architectures and DevOps * Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle) * Experience with event streaming platforms (e.g. Kafka) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs * Live our values of “Everyone Matters”, “We Take Care of Each Other”, “Leadership Is Here To Serve”, “High Character And Hard Work Above All Else”, and “Always Know Where You Stand Additional Information: * We're a professional services company that helps our customers solve problems, tackle projects, and embrace any challenge.
